between the German Empire and the Netherlands in regard
to the extension to the German Protectorate of Kiaochow
of the Extradition Treaty concluded between the German
Empire and the Netherlands on September 21st, 1897.
Of July 28th, 1913.
His Majesty The German Emperor, King of Prussia, in
the name of the German Empire, and Her Majesty the Queen
of the Netherlands have considered it advisable to re-
gulate by a Treaty the extradition of criminals between
the German Protectorate of Kiaochow and the Netherlands,
as well as the Dutch Colonies and foreign possessions,
and have appointed for this purpose as Their Plenipoten-
tiaires:
His Majesty The German Emperor, King of Prussia:
His Secretary of State of the Foreign Office,Wirk-
licher Geheimer Rat, Herr von Jagow;
Her Majesty The Queen of the Netherlands:
Her Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipoten-
tiary at Berlin, Baron Gevers.
The Plenipotentiaries, after having communicated to
each other their Full Powers and found the same in good
and due form, have agreed upon the following articles: Article 1.
